Moscow claims such actions could make these nations “accomplices” and trigger retaliation under international law. The warning comes amid a surge in Ukrainian drone strikes, with Russia reporting repeated attacks on civilian infrastructure and key energy sites, including ports like Ust-Luga and Primorsk. Kremlin officials, including Nikolay Patrushev, have gone further, saying any facilitation of drone strikes would amount to direct NATO involvement in the conflict.
