Russia Promises to Reduce Attacks After Istanbul Talks 🇷🇺🇺🇦

Three-hour-long talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations were held in Istanbul. In the meeting, Russia promised that it would reduce the attack on Kyiv. But, Ukrainian President Zelensky clearly says that nothing less than the withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukraine is acceptable. Watch this report.
