Kind Waiter Saves Choking Boy, Lesson in Karma

10-year-old Sam is having lunch with his mom at their favorite waterfront restaurant. Despite the food and service being top-notch, Sam's mom always has something to complain about. Her rudeness is an embarrassment to poor Sam and to make the situation worse, while she is complaining to the staff she completely ignores her son. During the confrontation, Sam begins to choke on a piece of food, luckily the waiter bolted into action, saving the young boy's life.
