Ruben Amorim on Leeds United 1-1 Man Utd 🤝

Post-match press conference with Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim after their 1-1 draw away to Leeds United at Elland Road in the Premier League.

Leeds United took the lead through Brenden Aaronson on 62 minutes before Manchester United responded three minutes later as Matheus Cunha equalised on 65 minutes, assisted by substitute Joshua Zirkzee.

Amorim praises the atmosphere and says United had more possession and more chances, but stresses they must focus quickly on the next game.

He highlights improved connections and positioning compared to last week, points to the impact of his substitutes, and defends his striker after missed chances, insisting getting into the right areas is the first step and the goal will come.
