Manchester United have officially confirmed the appointment of Ruben Amorim as their new head coach on an initial deal until 2027, subject to work visa requirements.<br /><br />The 39-year-old will continue to manage Sporting CP for their next three matches before taking charge of United on Monday 11 November once he has fulfilled his current contract obligations.
