Westside Drive-In Drops Prime Rib Amid Rising Beef Prices 🥩

Westside Drive-In will no longer be offering prime rib, a local favorite that has been featured on Guy Fieri's "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives." The long-time Boise staple said on social media that the cost of prime rib has doubled over the last two years, pushing the cost out of reach for the drive-in to make any money. This is a problem being felt by restaurants across the country.
