This large scaled fully automated assembly line features multiple Motioncells working in unison to assemble a multi-piece assembly. Each station is setup with custom tooling, automatic part feed systems which are rear loaded by operators or robots. A conveyor system with flip stations and transfer stations brings the double sided work pallet to each of the work cells. Each cell is equip with tool changes and blow feeders for any screws and bolts used. The two conveyor circuits are bridges by a transfer station which changes the work pallet out half way through the assembly. The unload robot at the end of the assembly is setup to transfer the finished parts back into the plant's part transfer system.
