Retro Scooters on TV: A470 Jokers Scooter Club in 90s Wales 🛴

Mid 1990s Wales Area TV programme called "Mainly Men" presented by John Leslie. It did a report on the A470 Jokers Scooter Club, Cardiff. The footage was filmed on Penarth Pier and Seafront and actually included a cross section of the South Wales Scooter Scene at the time including members of Wipeout SC, South Wales Borderers SC, Cardiff Cougars SC and solo riders aswell as members of A470 Jokers SC. We had a fairly small but very friendly and healthy scene during this period before numbers increased massively in the second half of the nineties following Britpop etc....
