Ilang residente sa Liloan, Cebu ang napilitang umakyat sa bubong ng kanilang mga bahay dahil sa patuloy na pagtaas ng baha dulot ng walang humpay na ulan dala ng Bagyong #TinoPH.

Ayon sa PAGASA as of 10:38 AM, apat na beses nag-landfall ang Bagyong Tino. Noong 5:10 AM kanina, Nov. 4, 2025, nag-landfall ito sa Borbon, Cebu.
