Removing and Rekeying Camper Door Cylinders Without GLD Key
This video demonstrates how to remove the cylinders from camper doors purchased from rvlocksandmore.com and rekey them when they come with different keys, without using a GLD key.

I bought two doors and they came keyed different. For $15 each you can change them on one door larch to have the same key as the other door. However to pull out the cylinder they want you to 'Rent' their GLD key (yellow) for $50 and they return $40 when you send it back. Save the hassle and the 10 bucks by using a paperclip.
When I first tried it I used a lock picking tool (rake, but any hook would do) and it worked first try surprisingly easily. Just reach back and push up or down while gently pulling outwards and the thing will come out. Just make sure it is rotated to the OPEN position first.
