Relief For Kerala As "Heavy Rain" Red Alert Withdrawn From All Districts | Kerala SOS

Kerala is witnessing one of the worst floods in its history and the death toll has risen to 357. However, in some respite for the state, the MeT department has withdrawn red alerts from all the districts. However, orange alert remains in 11 districts, while a yellow alert is in place in 2 districts. Heavy rainfall is expected only in Kozhikode, Kannur and Idukki districts. The water level has also receded at the Kochi International Airport and the airport will function from August 20.
