CMR 2017 Regulation 9: Disease Notification in Mines

CMR 2017,
Regulation 9:- if any person working in a mine contact any disease notified by the central government ,
then the agent manager or the owner of that mine shall give a
notice
within three days of being informed of
to the chief inspector ,regional Inspector ,Inspector of mines medical ,district magistrate and the competent authority for the payment of compensation
