Popular online messaging board Reddit and streaming platform Kick have been included in Australia’s social media ban for under 16s. Communications Minister Anika Wells has confirmed the two platforms are joining Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook and Instagram, which includes Threads, as "age-restricted" from December 10.
