Reading From a CSV or a Text File and Searching for a Record in Visual Basic

Greetings, today we shall be looking at how to delete a record from a file using Visual Basic. To delete a record, we create a new file, loop through the old file and write every record to the new file, apart from the record or records we wish to delete. After looping through the whole file, we delete the old file and rename the new file to the name of the old file to give the illusion of deleting a record, when we actually copied everything apart from what we want to delete to a new file.
