Ranveer Singh Bhavnani was born on 6 July 1985. Ranveer always wanted to be an actor, from his childhood days and therefore participated in plays and debates in school. He did his junior college from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai and then pursued bachelors of Arts degree from Indiana University from Bloomingam.<br />In 2010, Singh auditioned for the lead role in the Yash Raj Films venture called Band Baaja Baaraat, and got selected. After its release, the film had a commercial success, with Singh's portrayal of Bittoo being lauded by critics.
