Rams Trade RB Cam Akers To Vikings, Per Report

The Rams are trading running back Cam Akers to the Vikings, NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Minnesota and Los Angeles will swap 2026 draft picks as part of the deal. Minnesota adds Akers to a running back room that already includes Alexander Mattison, Ty Chandler and Myles Gaskin, as the team moves forward without Dalvin Cook for the first time since 2016.
