1 Tablespoon curd
1 Teaspoon gram flour /besan
1 Teaspoon cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon jeera /cumin
2 whole dry red chilli
1 bay leave
2- 3 pinch of Asafoetida / Hing
1/4 teaspoon haldi powder/ turmeric
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder/ dhaniya
Salt according to the taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Water as required
