Railway Budget 2024: 40,000 Normal Rail Bogies to Be Upgraded to Vande Bharat Standards 🚆

On February 1, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that the government will implement three major economic railway corridor programmes. She announced the conversion of 40,000 normal railway bogies to Vande Bharat standards. She said that railway corridors will improve efficiency of logistic services and reduce cost.
