Step 2: Next, the sender loads the input file and Encrypt the file using AES with public key , the optimal key id selected by GO and PSO, which is generated by using ECC. Step 3: The encrypted datas is stored in the server. Step 4: Next, the receiver receives the Encrypted file and decrypts by using the private key and gets the plaintext.
