Quick Guide: How to Email a Document Using PDFfiller 📧

When you’ve finished editing a document, click Done. Then select Email/SMS on the next page.

You can also send from MyForms by selecting the document and clicking Email/SMS on the right.

On the Email/SMS page, enter your recipient’s email address, then add a personalized subject and message if desired.

You can also select or deselect pages before sending as desired.

To send the document, click Send Email at the top of the page.

Recipients will receive an email with a link and PIN to download the document, which will be saved directly to their computer.

We’ll also send you an email notification when the document has been accessed.

If Email is not enabled, navigate to My Account, then Account Information. Scroll down and select Send with Email/SMS under Document Sending Preferences, and click Save.
