With the letter distributions detailed at http://www.thecountdownpage.com/letters.htm (thanks Jan Laing), I believe the odds of this happening are 1 in 4,480,027 calculated from 2 x (74/9) x 2 x (67/13) x 2 x (73/5) x 2 x (66/21) x 2 x ( 72/1 ). The '2' multipliers are there because the contestant needs to chose the sequence consonant, vowel, consonant, vowel, consonant. I'm no statistician so feel free to correct me.
