Putin Offers U.S. Access to Russia’s Rare Earth Mineral Reserves 🌍

Russian President Vladimir Putin has offered the U.S. the opportunity to jointly explore Russia’s rare earth metal deposits “if they show interest.”<br /><br />In a state TV interview, Putin said Russia has far more of these resources than Ukraine and suggested they could be part of a future economic deal with Washington.<br /><br />Earlier, U.S. President Donald Trump said “major economic development transactions with Russia” were coming.
