*What is “Project Kill” about?*
John Trevor flees the military base where he once led Project: Kill—a mind-control program that relied on drugs to turn subjects into assassins and bodyguards for the U.S. government—and escapes to the Philippines. There he falls in love with Lee Su, but the withdrawal from the experimental drugs begins to take its toll, making him a threat not only to himself but to everyone near him. Meanwhile, his former deputy, Frank Lassiter, is ordered to track Trevor down before the withdrawal drives him to uncontrollable violence or before he can expose the project. At the same time, crime boss Alok Lee pursues Trevor, hoping to seize the secrets of Project: Kill. As his condition worsens, Trevor finds himself running out of time, with Lassiter, the Philippine police, and Lee’s henchmen closing in fast.
