Twenty-year-old survivor, Scarlett West, explores how grooming gangs operate in the UK today, meeting other girls who have recently escaped and a 15-year-old who is still trapped in exploitation.

The film reveals how these networks have evolved, and uncovers new tactics, and surprising revelations about who the groomers really are.
