About this video
The first race of the 2026 Formula 1 season is complete, and the Australian Grand Prix has already sparked a huge debate in the F1 community. Some fans are saying the new regulations are ruining the sport, while others think it's far too early to judge.
In this Post-Race Therapy session, I go through my race predictions and compare them with what actually happened on track.
Beyond the race itself, we also look at the bigger discussion happening in the community: the idea that Formula 1 is βruined.β This reaction appears almost every time new regulations are introduced. From the hybrid engines in 2014 to DRS and even the halo, many changes that were initially criticized later became accepted parts of the sport.
So the question is: are the new regulations really a problem, or are we just seeing another example of Formula 1 fans looking at the past through rose-tinted glasses?
Let me know what you think about the race and the new era of F1.
