Police Confirm Arrests in London Train Stabbing Incident

British Transport Police have confirmed that two men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following a stabbing on a London-bound train that made an emergency stop at Huntingdon Station.

The suspects are a 32-year-old Black British man and a 35-year-old British man of Caribbean descent. Ten people were taken to hospital after the attack, with two still in critical condition and four now discharged.

The incident occurred around 19:42 on Saturday, when passengers raised the alarm. Armed officers boarded the train and arrested the suspects within eight minutes. Police say there is no evidence the attack was terror-related and are urging witnesses to come forward. The motive remains unclear, and the identities of the suspects and victims have not been released.
