About this video
Play This Game To IMPROVE DECISION MAKING
Struggling with making decisions can range from what to get at Mcdonald's to choosing the right investment. In this video, hopefully, I can help you to make better decisions, and then instead of going to McDonald's you buy McDonald's stock and make money from people who buy McDonald's. Don’t ask why I decided to go with McDonald’s. Don’t ask.
Everything you do has a consequence. Your body weight is the result of your diet and fitness choices. Your bank is a result of your financial choices. A great way to see the consequences of your choices without any risk to your health or finances is to play chess. I know a lot of you might find chess boring but try it. Learn it. Play it against someone better than you and watch them out-think you. For me personally, losing to someone would be horrible because I knew that during that game, they were smarter than me.
Here is what to do. Play chess every day. In-person or online. In-person it is better but I understand some of you won't be able to do that.
You slowly see improvement over time. Slowly start to think 2,3,4,5 moves ahead. The masters think 15 moves ahead.
Chess has been shown to:
Develops perspective.
Improves memory.
Deepens focus.
Elevates creativity.
Boosts planning skills.
Increases self-awareness.
Protects against dementia.
Helps ADHD
