The long awaited sequel to the popular Ping i230 iron is finally here and it's in the form of the new Ping i240 iron. A fairly radical departure from previous architecture this new improved player's style iron features improved forgiveness and playablility, especially in the longer irons. But how does it stack up against my existing iron, the ball busting powerhouse that is the Ping i530. Is it forgiving and long enough to justify a mid season changeover?
