Philippines Concerned Over US Intelligence's Description of Duterte

<br /> Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte is not pleased.<br />The U.S. Intelligence Community’s report tagged the firebrand leader as a threat to democracy in Southeast Asia.<br />His spokesman said, “We view this declaration...with some concern."<br />The report was produced by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.<br />It lists Duterte, Cambodia's Hun Sen, the Rohingya crisis and Thailand’s military-backed constitution as threats. <br />
