Permits To Be Required For Pepper Spray

The Prime Minister says regulations for a regulated arrangement where permits will be required for pepper spray will be before the Cabinet in the not too distant future.<br /><br />He made the announcement in the Parliament on Friday, hours after Attorney General Faris Al-Rawi announced that the National Security Council has approved the use of pepper spray as a "device for safety."<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.<br />
