पप्पू यादव की जमानत पर भी जेल नहीं हुई रिहा 😢

बिहार के पूर्णिया से निर्दलीय सांसद पप्पू यादव मंगलवार को पटना की MP-MLA विशेष अदालत में पेश हुए। अदालत में वे फूट-फूटकर रो पड़े और हाथ जोड़कर जज से अपनी जान की सुरक्षा की गुहार लगाई। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि उन्हें PMCH में लावारिस छोड़ दिया गया और इंजेक्शन के जरिए उनकी हत्या की साजिश की गई। पप्पू यादव को बेउर जेल से पुलिस कैदी वैन में लाया गया, और व्हीलचेयर पर कोर्ट पहुंचे।

सांसद को 31 साल पुराने एक मामले में जमानत मिल गई, लेकिन दो अन्य मामलों – बुद्धा कॉलोनी और कोतवाली थाने के – में जमानत नहीं मिली। 6 फरवरी को दिल्ली से लौटते ही उनकी गिरफ्तारी हुई थी। अदालत में उनकी भावुक पेशी ने साबित कर दिया कि राजनीति और कानून की जंग में इंसान की जिंदगी कितनी नाज़ुक होती है। आगामी सुनवाई में उनके रिहाई और सुरक्षा का फैसला अभी बाकी है।

Independent MP Pappu Yadav from Purnia, Bihar, appeared in the MP-MLA special court in Patna on Tuesday. He broke down in tears in court, folding his hands and pleading with the judge for protection, claiming that he had been left abandoned in PMCH and that there was a conspiracy to kill him through an injection. He was brought from Beur jail in a police van and reached the court in a wheelchair.

Yadav was granted bail in a 31-year-old case, but bail was denied in two other cases – one related to Buddha Colony and another at Kotwali police station. He had been arrested upon returning from Delhi on February 6. His emotional court appearance highlighted the vulnerability of human life in the clash between politics and the law. The upcoming hearings will decide both his release and the measures for his safety, leaving the question of his protection and freedom still pending.
