The Punjab State Election Commission has announced the schedule for the upcoming Zila Parishad and Block Samiti elections, with voting scheduled for December 14, 2025, and results to be declared on December 17, 2025. State Election Commissioner Kamal Chaudhary shared the details during the official announcement.

According to Chaudhary, polling will be conducted through ballot papers, and voting will take place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM across the state. A total of 1.36 crore voters are eligible to participate in these rural local body elections.
