Pakistan Threatens to Push Taliban Back to Caves After Failed Peace Talks 🛑

Pakistan issued a sharp warning to Afghanistan's Taliban authorities after peace talks in Turkiye failed, escalating regional tensions. Defence Minister Khawaja Asif said Pakistan could strike “deep into Afghanistan” if militants launched attacks from Afghan soil. "Pakistan does not require employing even a fraction of its full arsenal to completely obliterate the Taliban regime and push them back to the caves for hiding," Asif said. Kabul hit back at Islamabad, saying it could not control Pakistan’s own citizens and warned of “reciprocal action” if struck.
