OYO IPO Alert: ट्रैवल प्लेटफॉर्म OYO की पेरेंट कंपनी PRISM को IPO के तहत इक्विटी शेयरों के नए इश्यू से 6,650 करोड़ रुपये तक जुटाने के लिए शेयरधारकों की मंजूरी मिल गई है। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, ट्रैवल टेक प्लेटफॉर्म के शेयरहोल्डर्स ने 20 दिसंबर, 2025 को हुई एक एक्स्ट्राऑर्डिनरी जनरल मीटिंग में इस प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी। EGM में, शेयरहोल्डर्स ने IPO लाने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी, जिससे कंपनी को रेगुलेटरी मंजूरी और मार्केट की स्थितियों के आधार पर, सही समय पर पब्लिक मार्केट में जाने की सुविधा मिलेगी।

OYO IPO Alert: Travel platform OYO’s parent company, PRISM, has received shareholder approval to raise up to ₹6,650 crore through a fresh issue of equity shares under its IPO. According to reports, the shareholders of the travel-tech platform approved this proposal during an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on December 20, 2025. At the EGM, shareholders cleared the proposal to launch the IPO, allowing the company to enter the public market at the appropriate time, subject to regulatory approvals and market conditions.
