Phil Parkinson was honoured at the FWA (North) Managers' Awards dinner on Sunday November 23 for leading Wrexham AFC to their third successive promotion. Under the ownership of Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, Wrexham have risen from non-league to the Championship in three seasons, and now they are two points away from the play-off places, manager Parkinson believes they are still on course for their dream of reaching the Premier League.
