Implementation Plan:

Step 1: We create a Network, it consists of 100- IoT devices, 25- Users, 1- Fog Gateway, 1- Micro datacenter, and 1- Cloud Server.

Step 2: Initially, register the IoT devices by using ID, Public key, and private key. The key is generated by using Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC).

Step 3: Next, Encrypt the sensed data by using Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) within Fog Gateway.

Step 4: Next, The IoT devices transfer the encrypted data to the Cloud Server.

Step 5: Next, During the encrypted data transmission detect the man-in-the-middle (MITM) attack based on the keys.

Step 6: Finally, we plot the results for the Number of IoT Devices vs. power consumption, Number of IoT Devices vs. Resource Utilization Number of IoT Devices vs. Average energy consumption, Number of IoT Devices vs. average end-to-end delay, Number of IoT Devices vs. throughput.
