30-Min BBQ Challenge 🍖 by Joel Hansen

WAY TOO MUCH FOOD?! Today we take on a giant barbeque challenge! The bbq platter challenge consisted of smoked brisket, smoked chicken wings, smoked ribs, pulled pork, a burger and sides of fries and beans! We are in Cardiff Wales welsh food challenge / kind of American food challenge at the smoke Haus to try their "Mixed Grill" BBQ Platter Challenge. We had 30 minutes to eat the challenge in order to get the meal for free, failures have to pay the 60GBP price tag. American barbeque is a famous food known around the world, and with the techniques, woods and meats used it is often replicated but never duplicated. This was quite interesting as we are in the united kingdom (and specifically wales) as this is American style BBQ. This was not Texas BBQ but had some resemblance and influence from some of Americas best BBQ restaurants from Kansas city bbq, memphis bbq, carolina bbq, etc!! Can we defeat this undefeated bbq challenge, or will this be a Joel Hansen Fail?
