Remembering the End of WWI on Nov 11 🇺🇸

On this day in 1918, the Allied powers and Germany signed an armistice, bringing an end to World War I. ✍️ In 1920, Armistice Day was marked with the burial of unknown soldiers in Paris and London, honoring those lost in the war. 🕊️ And that same year, the Cenotaph in Whitehall was unveiled, a powerful symbol of remembrance for Great Britain’s fallen. 🇬🇧
