Dark Ambient Live Cassette 'On The Ground' 🎶

A 4-track cassette tape performance of mine recently, with Tascam 414 MKII, Proco Rat, Supermoon Eclipse, Boss DD7, and Zoom H5. On the tapes, there are my motivations, fragments, and field recordings in the past two years, while I mixed them live with massive delay feedbacks, distortions, and subtle EQ rendering, to make continuous sound walls that embrace and crash on us.
I switched tape depend on the feedback loops or the rhythm from it, it is interesting to perform like this.

這是一個全磁帶的氛圍 Set，是一次現場演出的錄音，由9盤磁帶構成作品（但本次 Live 中未完整使用全部9盤磁帶）。磁帶有 Loop 也有單向的，全部都是四軌錄音。
磁帶裡面的聲音，是這兩年來我的一些聲音碎片和未發表的音樂動機，裡面有微聲、長音、田野錄音和合成器採樣。磁帶除了增加不同的聲音質感外，通過 Delay Feedback 和 Rat 失真/濾波的調制，讓多軌道聲音失真破壞並交疊揉合，創造一面面聲音之牆（就好像以前用電吉他玩 Shoegazing 刷聲牆一樣），創造延綿不絕的黑潮、暗湧，不可預知的解構和聲音紋理，失真的空氣在現場空間充盈、流動。
在演奏之中更換磁帶，也是取決於 Feedback 的律動和循環的時機，非常有趣的現場演繹方式。
現場演出席地而坐，作品名為《On The Ground》。
