Omar Abdullah, Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, spoke to the BBC’s Stephen Sackur in Delhi about some of the issues plaguing the region. He speaks about his relationship with the federal government, the question of restoring statehood for the region and the now revoked Article 370, which had allowed Jammu and Kashmir a certain amount of autonomy.
