Off-Duty Cop Parks in Handicap Spot 🚓

While off duty, Sgt. Rose is out running some errands. He inadvertently parks his car in a handicapped spot, then heads inside the store. When he returns a bystander is blocking his car, preventing him from leaving. The man, William, confronts him about illegally parking in the space but Sgt. Rose refuses to move. Then when Mango Park Police Officer Kyle Jacobs arrives on the scene, he must do the right thing while making sure he doesn't offend either Sgt. Rose or the good samaritan.
