Members of the Armed Services Committees in the House and Senate are demanding a full accounting of the deadly U.S. strikes on an alleged drug boat in the Caribbean. The scrutiny comes in the wake of a Washington Post report that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth allegedly ordered a follow-up strike ensuring everyone on board was killed, according to two sources with direct knowledge. Rep. Eugene Vindman (D-VA), member of the House Armed Services Committee, joins Chris Jansing with what he wants answered about the incident.
