Obama Pledges Major Overhaul of U.S. National Security Policies 🇺🇸

Barack Obama, the US president, has vowed to repair policies left by the Bush administration, promising major changes to the country's national security decisions  - chief among them closing down Guantanamo Bay.<br /><br />The US president's speech, however, followed a Senate vote which denied him money to close the prison - a rare bipartisan setback. <br /><br />Anand Naidoo reports.
