Former head of the Police Service Commission Professor Ramesh Deosaran says he is not surprised by reports of staff shortages, dysfunction and insubordination at the Integrity Commission.<br /><br />In fact he tells Tv6 several critical entities are operating in the same disarray.<br /><br />Professor Deosaran spoke with Tv6' s Nicole M Romany on the matter today .
