'No higher ground': Trump cites CNN for recent poll of MAGA support base reaching 100% approval

President Donald Trump headlined the keynote address on Friday at a major Saudi-backed investment conference in Florida, bringing together global business leaders, policymakers, and investors.

During his speech, Trump called the Strait of Hormuz "Strait of Trump" while addressing the crowd. As Trump talked about the conflict in Iran, he addressed the partial government shutdown over DHS's funding bill. Trump said it was "absolutely vital" for the "radical left" in Congress to end the "dangerous" shutdown of the Department of Homeland Security. He said Democrats are "playing games" and described them as "lunatics."
