Film horor Thailand Host bercerita tentang Ing, seorang gadis muda yang dikirim ke sekolah pembinaan di pulau terpencil, di mana ia harus menghadapi hierarki ketat dan peristiwa misterius yang mengerikan. Ing berada di posisi paling bawah dalam hierarki sekolah, sementara murid kesayangan kepala sekolah, Aim, berada di puncak. Seiring berjalannya waktu, kejadian-kejadian aneh dan menyeramkan mulai terjadi, memaksa Ing untuk mencari tahu apakah ia hanya korban atau justru sumber dari teror yang ada.
