NIH Clinical Center exhibition highlights critical roles minerals play in human health

The NIH Clinical Center, in partnership with the Smithsonian Institution, is showcasing a Minerals in Medicine art exhibition with more than 40 minerals crucial to human health and biomedicine. The crystals and minerals in the exhibition are not only interesting to admire but also allow spectators to learn about their important roles in keeping the human body healthy.
