US-Iran Ceasefire Tensions & NASA Artemis II 🚀

A tentative ceasefire in the war with Iran began to unravel as Israel continued intense bombing in Beirut and Iran maintains a hold on the Strait of Hormuz. The United States has maintained that the ceasefire must include the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz and the removal of Iran's stockpile of enriched uranium. There remains questions about whether Lebanon is included.

NASA's Artemis II is on track to return to Earth on Friday, concluding a historic 10-day trip around the moon. The crew—NASA astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover and Christina Koch and Canadian Space Agency astronaut Jeremy Hansen—will spend their last full day in space preparing for the splashdown on Friday.

First Lady Melania Trump made a rare public statement Thursday to call out what she described as "lies" about her relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell. Melania Trump’s office sent an alert to media outlets Wednesday announcing a Thursday press conference for the first lady. The notice didn’t say what the news conference was about. Her only comments Thursday were about Epstein and Maxwell.
