Warframe's Arcane Reworks & Blue Shard Updates 🚀

I am even more excited for the updatde now, umbra forma have more value with this new arcane and more importantly blue archon shards will now have a better use for high level missions. The other arcanes are strong too but I'm mainly focused on arcane persistence due to it's meta defining POWER!!!!

**correction** reaper + blade charger will not give full bullwark dmg if you have 700 armor (incorrectly stated in this video)
