However, the company had been involved to some minor issues related to poor customer support service. Most unsatisfied clients have been complaining about its ineffective customer support and slow response time.

One of things I like about Network Solutions is that they are true about their uptime guarantee. The business is sincere about the fact that its 99.99% uptime guarantee is only for Windows and Linux platforms. Even though this may look impossible, they really have an uptime of 99.9% since I tried testing it.

Pricing of Network Solutions
Network solutions pricing plans differs depending on what type of hosting plans you prefer. For $2.95 per month, you will receive a web builder, free domain name and professional layout designs to choose from. For $3.95 a month, you can have a business profile in all search engines such as Yahoo, Bing and Google. Lastly, Network Solutions also have the ability to create a mobile website feature easily, for as low as $5.99 per month. Overall, their hosting plans are very affordable.

Disadvantages of Network Solutions
Unfortunately, there are a lot of unsatisfied clients. They are not pleased with the company’s customer and technical support service. It appears that they did not train the agents since they can’t even respond to the client’s simple problem. The firm was also involved in some issues related to domain registrations.

Network Solutions deserve a rate of 7 out of 10. One thing that I think they need to improve is that, they should train their agents more to be able to respond to client’s issues. However, their overall performance is still okay.
